Living Authentically
A twice monthly peer-led resource and support group. The group is open to anyone interested in building their skills, growth, and awareness. This includes Leading from the Center graduates continuing the work they began in their training, people considering the Leading From The Center training who might want to get acquainted with the work and the facilitators, and others who simply want a safe and supportive community.
Men’s Group
Chris Mathe facilitates an ongoing support group open to any men who wish to meet regularly with other men to examine what it means to be a man in today’s society. $20 donation suggested.
1st and 3rd Tuesdays every month, 7 – 9 p.m.

Ayleen O’Connell facilitates an ongoing support group open to any women who wish to meet regularly with other women to examine what it means to be a woman in today’s society. $15 donation suggested.
