If you are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, are dealing with conflict, work or family issues, or if you are just wanting to connect, to be seen and understood, or looking for belonging, then the Empathy Café is for you.

In the Empathy Café, everyone gets an equal chance to speak and be heard to their satisfaction.  We gather together and break into small groups to engage in a mutual empathic listening guided by a facilitator.

The Café will be hosted by Lou Zweier and other leadership team members. We hope you will join us!
